Commissions

I love the process of working with clients on commissioned pieces and welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you to create a one-of-a-kind work for your home! 

Understanding that art is very personal, particularly when it is a commissioned piece, I take the time throughout the process to ensure that the final product is exactly what each client has in mind. As the piece progresses, I will send 2 "check-in" photos and modify as warranted until it is complete.

Depending on the thickness of the layers, oils can take 6 weeks or more to cure. That said, I will often use a drying medium which can considerably cut down on dry- time. For reference, I have commissions that were placed in the clients' home as little as 2 1/2 weeks from beginning the project. 

Price is based on size and includes either traditional wood plein air frame up to 4" wide or modern float frame, depending on your preference. Various frame colors and styles are available. I am happy to work with you on sourcing additional frames to coordinate with your decor and personal style for an additional fee ONLY if the chosen frame exceeds standard frame cost.
